Elementary Phys. Ed. K5 | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | 5th
Middle School 7th & 8th Grade Phys. Ed. Actively involving the students in learning the skills to play major sports is the primary goal of these middle school classes. Also, advancing in strength and cardio conditioning will help them be able to play longer, while advancing the athletic program in the middle school.
7th & 8th Grade HEALTH (2nd Semester | 1 day/week) Learning the basics of the major body systems including: digestive | respiratory | circulatory | excretory | skeletal | nervous | etc
High School: 9th Grade Phys. Ed. The students participate in all the major sports continued from their middle school years. There is less skill development through drills, and more playing time.
9th Grade HEALTH The student will take an in depth look at the human body and how it works. A research paper during the 3rd nine weeks will increase their knowledge on the issue of abortion.
Advanced Phys. Ed. Using a CrossFit-style workout system, the Advance PE class will strive to improve the school's athletic program and motivate the student to continue a life-long goal of improvement to their health through regular exercise and healthy living. There is one field trip per year to help in finding a lifetime sport to continue to be active the rest of their life.
