The school year has had a wonderful  beginning with a great time of fellowship and learning from God's Word at Retreat.  Now, the school year is well under way.  Remember to keep an accurate account of assignments in your Daily Planner, manage your time well, and seek help after school if you do not understand something.  This year's theme is "Christianity: Get It! Live It! Give It!"  Let's determine to show forth Christ in all that we do this year.

      ENG 111 - Expository Writing (Dual Enrollment / Cape Fear Community College
       
      This course is the required first course in a series of two designed to develope the ability to produce clear expository porose.  Emphasis is placed on the writing process, including audience analysis, topic selection, thesis support and development, editing and revision. Upon completion, students should be able to produce unified, coherent, well-developed essays using standard written English. This course may be taught in a computer lab. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirements in English composition.
