Tuesday Afternoon @ 3:15

Goals and Objectives

Anatomy Goals & Objectives

Chemistry Goals & Objectives

Welcome to my classroom - I am excited to see what the Lord will do in and through our lives! We have the opportunity to explore the structure and interactions of matter and energy in Chemistry or the wonders of the human body in Anatomy.

 Basic Information:

Test Day - Wednesday (usually alternate weeks)

Help Class - Tuesday after school

   Study Tip - REVIEW frequently!

 Course Overviews:

Chemistry - we will study atomic structure; chemical bonds, geometry, and reactions; molar conversions; and introduce thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibrium, acid/base, redox reactions, and nuclear chemistry. Labs are both traditional and computer asssisted data collection. We will also do one major project each semester.

Anatomy
- we will study the structure & function of the eleven body systems; look at representative disease processes for each; and do labs ranging from dissection, to patient/health care simulations, to biochemical analysis. We will also do one major project each semester.
