STEM Labs Fund
WCA has adopted Project Lead the Way (PLTW), a national, comprehensive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) curriculum initiative, and four new science labs are "in the works" for the WCA campus! Our recently added modular building expands our science classroom space by adding a new computer lab, STEM lab and 2 middle school science labs. These new areas will also provide exceptional spaces for implementing the exciting new PLTW program.
Lab furniture, demonstration tables, computers, digital screens and much more are needed to make these new areas excellent spaces for our K-12 students to explore and develop their God-given abilities in STEM disciplines. Outfitting these areas with the proper equipment is a challenging task that gives support of Wilmington Christian Academy an opportunity to invest in the lives of our students. We want to raise $100,000 to buy much needed furniture and equipment for our new labs! Will you consider donating to help provide the funds necessary to reach our goal?
Please help if you can. Every donation makes a difference.
